  • 2 professional oral evaluations.
  • 2 professional dental cleanings.
  • Regularly scheduled dental X-rays.
  • 15% off of any other preventative or restorative dental treatments provided in our office.

If you have children that you sign up for the program, they will also receive the same benefits above as well as 2 fluoride treatments per year.
