The Smile Savings Plan is a patient-courtesy program – not a dental health insurance program – that provides qualified adults and children with a set amount of dental services for one year at an affordable annual fee. These dental services include:
- 2 professional dental cleanings.
- 2 professional oral examinations.
- 2 fluoride treatments for children 16 years and under.
- Routinely scheduled X-rays.
- 15% off of any other dental care, such as fillings, crowns and more, provided by Danville Family Dentistry.
Annual membership for the Smile Savings Plan is $275 for adults or children. Note: You will be required to pay for treatment with cash, check or credit card up front before any treatment begins.
