Financial Terms
What about financing the dental procedure?
Our financial policy allows us to provide you with the best treatment available and does not limit your oral health to just what your insurance plan covers. We will be happy to submit your insurance paperwork for you at the time of treatment. If you have any questions about your insurance, please feel free to call for more information. We offer several payment options for your convenience. We accept cash, checks, most major credit cards, and also participate with Care Credit, which offers many interest-free payment options.
Will dental insurance pay for everything?
Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. Because of that, we don’t know every condition and requirement for your particular insurance plan. Dental insurance is not meant to be a “pay-all”; it is only meant to help “share” the cost of your dental care, and many routine dental services are not always covered. The ulitmate financial responsibility is yours.
Will you process my insurance claims?
Yes, we’d be happy to process your claims. As your dental health care providers, our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. We will gladly process your insurance claims as a courtesy; however, all charges remain your responsibility from the date services are rendered. Please speak with our business staff if you ever have any questions about the management of your account.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
No worries! We have an in office membership plan that will be of great benefit to you. Click here to learn more. We also team up with Care Credit to provide some attractive third party financing options as well, many of which have zero percent interest terms (click here for details that may apply).
The ultimate financial responsibility for your account is yours. It is also your responsibility to understand the limitations and nuances of your insurance plan if applicable as we have no control or say in that contract.
